Are you in this photograph? Can you identify anyone here? These are the FORTYNINERS as they were 60 years ago on September 4th, 1949. The photograph was taken by Annie Brophy. On that auspicious occasion De La Salle College opened as a Day and Boarding College with a total student body of 172 in attendance.

Historic material. Where have all the years gone? Looking through the individual faces brings back many memories, particularly of those who have faded from memory but have been restored by the pictures. It has been a quiet, emotional experience enjoying this email.
